Hybrid: It will start as hybrid onsite but then able to scale down to a couple days per month as training concludes

Pay: $52.75- $59.50

Insight Global's client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records, supporting month-end close activities, managing fixed assets, performing accounting research, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong general ledger experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to investigate and resolve complex accounting issues independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-9+ years of progressive accounting experience, depending on company size and complexity.
• Strong experience with:
• Month-end close
• Account reconciliations
• Accrual accounting
• Fixed assets
• Journal entries
• Trial balance management
• Demonstrated ability to research, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial statement impacts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis.
• Experience working within an ERP system, preferably Net Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA credentials.
• Experience with Net Suite, including Net Suite Fixed Asset Manager.
