About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a Sales Assistant. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team with opportunities for long-term growth.

Job Description:

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting order entry, customer communication, and administrative functions within a combined sales and service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a shared inbox and respond to incoming orders or requests
  • Enter and verify customer orders in the system
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to confirm details or resolve issues
  • Keep accurate documentation of all transactions and updates
  • Contribute to team projects and provide general support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (email and phone)
  • Dependable and punctual — must be able to start no later than 7:30 AM
  • Ability to work independently and with a small team
Additional Details:
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (option to shorten lunch for earlier end time)
  • Work Environment: 100% in-office, free parking available
  • Employment Type:

    Contract-to-hire
