Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Working with project managers to create billings and send proper billing documents to customers
- Maintaining proper backup of billing documentation in an organized and collaborative manner
- Organizing all billing documentation in proper files and within ERP system
- Reconciling of internal and external billing records
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with customer while properly representing Ward Electric Company’s values and goals
- Developing a complete comprehension of customer billing requirements
Skills:
- Detail oriented and driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a must
- Naturally inclined to problem solve and ask questions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in person, in an office environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple billings simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace and meet customer given deadlines
- Prior billing experience is a plus
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Full Time
- In person (May be split between Longmont & Denver Metro)

- Starting wage -$20-23/hour (depending on experience)
