- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office inquiries while providing outstanding customer service
- Support daily office operations through scheduling, document management, data entry, filing, and administrative coordination
- Process and organize manifests and other operational documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Assist customers and internal teams by researching documentation, resolving administrative issues, and maintaining organized records
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and office leadership to support efficient day-to-day business operations and special projects
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Customer service mindset
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or service industries and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
