We are lookingto hire a Dental Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage
- Process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
- No previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize andmulti-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
