Autoplex is hiring Automotive Accessory Technicians for several opportunities within our growing company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive or aftermarket installation experience. However, experience in every area is not required—we are willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.

Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to help train and develop other technicians.

Relevant experience may include:

• Lift and leveling kits
• Suspension systems and alignments
• Wheels and tires
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Toppers and tonneau covers
• 12-volt wiring and accessories
• Hitches, bumpers, steps, nerf bars, and fender flares
• General aftermarket accessory installation

Our technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate structure similar to automotive mechanic book time. The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the most competitive in the aftermarket industry.

Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a $10,000 first-year employment bonus, paid in installments throughout the successful completion of the first year of employment:

• $2,500 after the first 30 days
• Remaining $7,500 paid in installments through the first anniversary

Full eligibility requirements and payment terms will be provided with the employment offer.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No weekends

We have several opportunities available. The position may be based at one of our north metro locations depending on operational needs, the candidate’s experience, and overall fit.

Requirements

Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude

Experience with aftermarket automotive accessories, suspension, and truck equipment preferred

Practices safety, ownership, and respect when working on and around customer vehicles

Clean and professional appearance

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English

Exercises good judgment and problem-solving skills

Works well with coworkers, management, and customers

Takes direction, coaching, and constructive feedback professionally

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Motivated to learn and grow within the company
