• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement on a variety of vehicles
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels
• Conduct wheel alignments and identify suspension or steering issues
• Diagnose and repair flat tires, including patching and plugging
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers or service advisors

• Prior experience as a tire technician, lube tech, or general mechanic preferred
• Familiarity with tire mounting and balancing equipment
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
