Field Coordinator – Longmont, CO

We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Longmont, CO location. The role involves ensuring that all documentation, correspondence and reporting are completed efficiently to assist Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
  • Create and maintain daily and material reports
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
  • Track equipment usage as needed
  • Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
  • Prepare job‑specific manuals, testing requirements and all related project materials; collect all compliance documents for closeout
  • Assist operations management with various field duties
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and independently when necessary
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment
Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
