Program Enablement Analyst

• Own the end-to-end enablement plan for Tier 0 and Tier 1 changes, from intake through publication and dissemination
• Facilitate partner and alignment meetings to establish scope, audience, timing, and dependencies
• Apply the standardized change approach to determine and document support tiers
• Build change plans, including tactics, audiences, sequencing, and artifact lists, and route them for approval
• Maintain project management status, ownership, and blocker visibility
• Produce Tier 0 content across RIA Connect / Custody Connection, Axos Connection, TV display slides, AXcelerate publication, and Axos Insights
• Draft Tier 1 talking points and develop FAQs, talking points, user guides, job aides, and video demos
• Adapt documents and presentations for intended audiences while maintaining voice, terminology, and brand standards
• Publish approved content to SharePoint and maintain the change calendar
• Coordinate the weekly RIA Connection cycle and contributor deadlines
• Draft and review RIA Connection content with subject matter experts
• Build and publish recurring communications in Contact Monkey
• Gather and review Azure Dev Ops release content for technology-facing publications
• Support call campaigns, including intake, stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, Salesforce ticketing, and internal communication
• Develop and review process maps for enablement workflows
• Maintain Workboard / OKR entries for assigned objectives and key results

• 2+ years of related experience in financial service
• Change agent, strong communicator, collaborator and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables against fixed publication and change calendar dates
• Experience drafting business communications
• Working knowledge of project management practice, including planning, status reporting, and tracking against a schedule
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, technology, service, and relationship management
• Experience with content, communication, or work management platforms (SharePoint, MS Suite, Adobe) preferred
• Familiarity with broker-dealer, RIA, custody, or wealth management operations preferred
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening

Demonstrates expertise in change management and project coordination, with a strong focus on drafting business communications and managing multiple deliverables. Proficient in utilizing content and communication platforms to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and maintain project visibility.
