We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, technology, operations, business, and other cross-functional teams.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables.
- Track project progress, budgets, resources, and deadlines.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Manage project changes, issues, and escalations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Manage project documentation, requirements, approvals, and records.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closure activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
, or a related field. - Experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, , Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
. - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project‑management methodologies.
- Experience managing technology, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or business‑process projects.
- Familiarity with project budgeting and resource planning.
- Experience working with distributed or cross‑functional teams.
- Project completion within agreed timelines
