Colorado Pond Pros is hiring three full-time Construction Foremen to lead on-site field operations and bring stunning outdoor water features to life. You’ll be the field commander responsible for building high-end ponds, waterfalls, wetland systems, and more, ensuring every project meets our 5-star craftsmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 2–5 person field crews on pond builds, repairs, and water feature installations

  • Oversee all phases of construction including excavation, plumbing, liner/filtration install, rock placement, and final detailing

  • Communicate daily with Operations team regarding project updates, timelines, and site issues

  • Ensure proper documentation of jobsite activity: materials, deliveries, field decisions, and change orders

  • Maintain OSHA-level site safety, cleanliness, and tool/equipment readiness

  • Perform quality control checks throughout each build to uphold brand standards

  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to best practices and project goals

  • Interact with clients confidently and professionally while on-site

  • Solve problems in real time with flexibility and calm judgment

  • Use Jobber, Google Sheets, photos, and other tools to document project progress

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, landscape, or pond-building leadership

  • Skilled in reading plans/site drawings and leading field execution

  • Hands-on experience with excavation, plumbing, compacting, skid steers, and hand tools

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL a plus)

  • Physically fit – able to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly in variable outdoor conditions

  • Familiarity with Jobber, Google Workspace, or construction software preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule
  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday
