We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. You will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from strategic planning and negotiation to logistics and performance management. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of underground utility construction, site work/earthwork, and pre‑construction.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary corrections to meet project objectives.
- Conduct site work and manage underground and wet utilities.
- Prepare and present cost estimates, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction management, strategic planning, logistics management, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in managing underground utility and site work.
- Expertise in project management and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of wet utilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
