Job Overview

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Location: Longmont, CO, US

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. You will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from strategic planning and negotiation to logistics and performance management. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of underground utility construction, site work/earthwork, and pre‑construction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Monitor project performance and make necessary corrections to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct site work and manage underground and wet utilities.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in construction management, strategic planning, logistics management, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in managing underground utility and site work.
  • Expertise in project management and estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of wet utilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Solid understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
