  • Coordinate deliveries, utility locates, and site logistics ahead of project start
  • Monitor daily crew activity, job progress, and production output
Client & Communication
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide clear, proactive communication on progress, timelines, and any issues
  • Lead job walks and close-out meetings to ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond quickly and professionally to concerns or unexpected issues
Financial Performance
  • Track and analyze job costs, production rates, and project performance
  • Review time, expense, and job cost reports regularly
  • Communicate financial performance and adjustments to foremen and leadership
  • Drive efficiency and profitability across all assigned projects
Safety & Standards
  • Enforce all company safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure all equipment is used properly and safely
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Address safety issues immediately and document incidents as required
Team & Company Contribution
  • Support hiring, training, and performance management of field staff
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to improve project outcomes
  • Assist in estimating, site walks, and pre-construction planning when needed
  • Contribute to building systems, processes, and best practices as the company grows

  • Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communicator with both clients and team members
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
