Job Title
Pay Range: $56.48hr - $61.48hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 10-12 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing workplace, corporate office, lab, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from small improvements to large capital investments.
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, ADA requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Lead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation projects from concept through occupancy.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
- Oversee tenant improvements (TI), office renovations, workplace modernization initiatives, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate standards.
- Strategic planning of office and labs across multiple locations including Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, San Jose, and Longmont.
- Manage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Track project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and provide financial reporting.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty management, and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, standards, and workplace delivery practices.
- Manage and oversee the bidding process.
- Manage general contractors and track deadlines.
- Act as an individual contributor responsible for own project workload.
- PMP, CCM, LEED, or related professional certification.
- Experience working within technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, or corporate campus environments.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, MS Project, Box or similar project management tools.
- Experience with workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and team member experience initiatives.
