Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles
- Proficiency in construction management software (OnScreen Takeoff, Quickbid)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
