Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to act as the primary escalation resource for complex customer issues. This role involves problem resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of technical customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Onsite work is required Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a pay range of $26 - $31 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.
