As a Customer Service Representative with Morgan Parker Insurance Agency, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences for our customers and supporting the continued growth of our agency.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and genuinely enjoys helping people. In this role, you’ll assist customers with questions and service needs, work closely with other agency team members, and help ensure customers receive friendly, timely, and professional support.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly, responsive service.
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and account service needs.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with agency team members to address customer needs efficiently.
- Provide professional and courteous service in every customer interaction.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working with customers by phone and other communication channels.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
