We are seeking a qualified and caring exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving practice in Longmont, CO! We offer a truly competitive compensation package that reflects the current Boulder county market, a 4-day work week with Fridays off, and supportive team environment where you'll love coming to work. We are a small private general practice focused on comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dental care.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing
- Perform Periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings
- Capture and interpret dental radiographs
- Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and overall wellness
- Accurately document treatment notes, patient histories, and care plans in practice management software
- Collaborate closely with dentists to create individual treatment plans
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (as permitted)
- Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program (Associates degree or higher)
- Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygiene license
- Current CPR/BLS certification (can provide if not current)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Preferred 1+ year of clinical experience
- Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide permits
- Periodontal therapy, and/or laser dentistry experience
