Job Description: As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for our patients, helping them understand their treatment plans and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll coordinate appointments, discuss financial options, and be the friendly face that keeps patients informed and comfortable.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome patients with a smile.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Verify insurance.
• Explain treatment plans in an easy-to-understand way.
• Keep patient records up-to-date.
• Provide awesome customer service and address any questions or concerns.
• Work with our dental team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for extra education in dental admin).
• Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office.
• Good understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
• A friendly, patient-focused attitude.
