Patient & Scheduling Coordinator

Four days on. Three days off. Full-time benefits.

Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

$25–$30/hour based on experience, plus performance incentives ($52,000–$62,400 annually at 40 hours/week)

Are you an experienced dental professional — Patient Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, or Treatment Coordinator — who loves connecting with patients, creating an exceptional experience, and keeping a dental practice running smoothly? Do you enjoy being the person who sees the big picture—knowing what is happening with the schedule, anticipating what patients and team members need, solving problems, and helping create a great day for everyone?

This is not simply a front-desk position. You will be our "Director of First Impressions" and the connection point between our patients, the schedule, and the dental team. You will own the doctor and hygiene schedules and help the practice meet its daily production goals, while making sure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. This is much more than a front-desk position: it is a chance to own the patient experience, the schedule, and treatment coordination.

Patient

Experience:

Welcome every patient warmly, guide new patients through onboarding, and make sure each one leaves informed, cared for, and confident about their next steps.

Schedule Ownership:
Own the doctor and hygiene schedules, keeping them full, productive, and on time.

Hygiene Recall & Retention:
Keep patients in continuing care through recall and reactivation.

Treatment Coordination:
Understand treatment plans and present them clearly and confidently, working closely with our Financial Coordinator.

Communication, Flow & Records:
Be the first voice patients hear, keep the team aligned on patient flow, and keep accurate records in Care Stack.

Qualifications:

Dental front-office, scheduling, or treatment coordination experience required. Experience with Care Stack or similar software is a plus.
