* ** Meeting with other YL Team Leaders & Supervisor (Nikki) 1-2 x's/month (1/hr)...Wednesdays 1x/mo we meet to go over important things for the month and brainstorm together. On the off weeks, Nikki schedules one 1:1 meeting a month to fit your time.**
* ** YL Lead - execution of meeting (during Monday), ensuring discipleship of each**

* Description:

**** Scripture shows us that leadership is key to the kingdom of Heaven. In our model of Young Life that is campus-centric, having a team leader overseeing a team of volunteer leaders and connecting with key adults is the single greatest factor to the success or failure of Young Life ministry at that school. It is the team leaders job, first and foremost, to lead their team to do excellent Young Life ministry that is relational, incarnational, adventurous, and radical.

They will treat their team of volunteers as Jesus treated his 12 disciples. They will spend time with their leaders, coach them, disciple them, and ultimately be their guide as they do ministry as an individual and as a member of a team.
