What Dash Strom Coaches Do:
Learn Dash Strom's proprietary and proven curriculum. Get support, class by class. Classes run weekly, in 30 to 60-minute formats; or in weeklong Summer Camps. Coaches develop physical and mental strength in each child.
These are seasonal and part-time contract coaching positions. Each has the potential to expand to more sites and full-time opportunities.

Ideal Candidates:
Substitute or preschool teachers; candidates for MSW, CSWE College students studying education or child development Youth sports coaches, artists; fitness, yoga instructors Parents or caregivers with experience in childcare, education
What You'll Do:
Receive training in Dash Strom's proprietary curriculum Lead week-long summer camps for children Create an energetic, encouraging environment for kids Communicate regularly with the Dash Strom team Option to expand into future coaching opportunities
Requirements: 18+ with experience working with children Energetic, reliable, and caring Punctual, reliable, with own transportation Background check and clearances required
