Join Our Community of Coaches
Dash Strom Coaches learn Dash Strom's proprietary and proven curriculum. They get support, class by class. Classes run weekly, in 30 to 60-minute formats; or in weeklong Summer Camps. Coaches develop physical and mental strength in each child.
These are seasonal and part-time contract coaching positions. Each has the potential to expand to more sites and full-time opportunities.
About the RoleIf you love working with young children, this may be a great fit.
Ideal Candidates- Substitute or preschool teachers; candidates for MSW, CSWE
- College students studying education or child development
- Youth sports coaches, artists; fitness, yoga instructors
- Parents or caregivers with experience in childcare, education
Receive training in Dash Strom's proprietary curriculum. Lead week-long summer camps for children. Create an energetic, encouraging environment for kids. Communicate regularly with the Dash Strom team. Option to expand into future coaching opportunities.
Requirements- 18+ with experience working with children
- Energetic, reliable, and caring
- Punctual, reliable, with own transportation
- Background check and clearances required
