Who We Are:

With three campuses along Colorado’s Front Range, FRCC is the state’s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities. Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities and FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers.

Last year, more than 5,000 high school students took concurrent enrollment classes with us, earning college credit without having to pay college tuition. Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Academic Success Center, the Academic Success Center (ASC) Coordinator manages the daily operations of an assigned Academic Success Center, primarily serving the Boulder County Campus with remote support college-wide, to ensure efficient, student-centered delivery of tutoring, learning strategies, and supplemental instruction services. The Coordinator conducts student intake and coaching, connecting students to appropriate academic support and campus resources, while maintaining a welcoming and neuro-inclusive learning environment.

Through collaboration with ASC leadership, academic departments, and the college‑wide team, the Coordinator contributes to program assessment, data collection, and continuous improvement efforts, and participates in student engagement and marketing initiatives that raise awareness of academic success services across the college.

This role is expected to model and advance the ASC's values in alignment with FRCC's strategic priorities, including its vision for student success and its commitment to diverse learners and communities, and directly supports the college goal to “Create a Superior Student Experience.” This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on‑campus presence and may need to occasionally travel to all three FRCC campuses.
