Our client, a leader in engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Test Engineer 3 to join their team.

As a Test Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting testing and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Direct and coordinate engineering activities related to the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices.
• Determine testing conditions and phases of test operations to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Coordinate operational, functional, and performance testing phases to optimize testing procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test data to inform engineering decisions and improvements.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for use by engineering personnel to support ongoing projects.

• 5-7 years of experience in engineering testing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation, calibration, and test procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for preparing technical reports and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple testing phases and interpret complex data sets.
