As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering Department supporting Sourcing, Engineering, and Supplier Development teams. Supplier Quality Engineer – Electrical & Controls

Longmont, CO

$54.85/hour (Contract)

• Manage supplier qualifications and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and process validations to maintain quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Support supplier onboarding, production readiness, and product release activities
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing, quality, or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supply Chain
• Experience with PCBAs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and control systems
• Strong root cause analysis skills (8D, RCA, Six Sigma or equivalent) and willingness to travel 50–60%
