Senior Engineer - HMI Screens

• Design and develop HMI/SCADA applications for industrial automation systems.
• Develop object libraries, screen configuration, and testing in Cimplicity.
• Integrate HMI/SCADA system with MarkVI and MarkVIe controllers using industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, EGD).
• Understand control philosophy, P&I diagrams, instrument lists, flow charts and design the HMI screens.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for site issues related to HMI/SCADA screens.
• Collaborate with controls engineers and project teams for screen development and during system commissioning, FAT/SWAT.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality improvement, system reliability, performance and usability.
• Review customer requirements/specifications and work with stakeholders/customers to meet or clarify specs.
• Upgrade HMI/SCADA screens to latest released versions.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HMI/SCADA system design and development in an industrial automation environment.
• Experience with SCADA software platforms (e.g., Cimplicity (preferred), iFIX, Wonderware, Ignition, Siemens WinCC, Rockwell Factory Talk).
• Good knowledge of CIMPLICITY for GT, ST and plant controls.
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., VBA, Python).
• Understanding of data communication networks and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in writing controls logic using ladder logic/statement list/block logic diagrams, PLC/DCS engineering.
• Capability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize to meet business objectives.
• Self‑starter who can accept broad‑based assignments.

• SCADA: CIMPLICITY (preferred), iFIX, Wonderware, Rockwell Factory Talk, Siemens WINCC or any other HMI/SCADA software.
• Controllers:
  Mark V, Mark VI, Mark Vie or any PLCs.
• Software: VBA scripting, Python, etc.
