Test Engineer III

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer III to support advanced electronic assemblies in a regulated, high‑reliability manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, customer collaboration, and taking ownership of test strategy from development through sustaining.

• Develop, maintain, and improve functional test, ICT, and flying probe systems
• Support Aerospace, Medical, and high‑reliability electronics production
• Debug and troubleshoot assemblies at component, board, and system levels
• Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigations
• Work directly with manufacturing teams and customers to meet quality and production goals
• Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and signal analyzers
• Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, ISO, and other quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years in test engineering or electronics manufacturing
• Experience with ATE, functional test, ICT, boundary scan
• Ability to read schematics and debug analog, digital, and RF circuits
• Familiarity with programming or scripting (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, VB, etc.)
• Experience in regulated or high‑reliability environments strongly preferred
