** Quality Engineering Department

** Pay Range:*
* $54.85/hour (Contract)

** What's the Job?*
* - Manage supplier qualifications and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications

- Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and process validations to maintain quality standards

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions

- Support supplier onboarding, production readiness, and product release activities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams

** What's Needed?*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Electronics Engineering

- 8+ years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing, quality, or engineering

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supply Chain

- Experience with PCBAs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and control systems

- Strong root cause analysis skills (8D, RCA, Six Sigma or equivalent) and willingness to travel 50-60%
