Position: Test Engineer 3_USD
Our client, a leader in hardware and software development, is seeking a Test Engineer 3_USD to join their team. As a Test Engineer 3_USD, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform testing and validation on preproduction SSDs to ensure product quality, reliability, and functionality.

+ Develop, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and testing activities to improve coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.

+ Direct and coordinate testing activities related to development, procurement, installation, and calibration of test equipment, instruments, and control devices.

+ Define test conditions and manage different phases of testing, including operational, functional, and performance validation.

+ Design, plan, and implement test automation strategies to enhance in-house automation frameworks and tools.

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-7 years of experience in hardware and/or software testing and validation.

+ Strong understanding of test case design, test execution methodologies, and defect management processes.

+ Experience analyzing test data and generating clear technical reports.

+ Familiarity with SSD technology and associated testing equipment is preferred.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
