Test Engineer

Our client, a leader in engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Test Engineer to join their team. As a Test Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting testing and development activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Engineer

Location: Longmont, Colorado

Pay Range: $45/hr+

What's the Job?

• Directs and coordinates engineering activities related to development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices.
• Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and manages various phases of test operations.
• Coordinates operational, functional, and performance phases of tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyzes and interprets test data to inform engineering decisions and improvements.
• Prepares comprehensive technical reports for use by engineering personnel and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in engineering testing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of test procedures, data analysis, and technical report writing.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple testing activities and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
