Our Colorado location specializes in creating advanced motion control solutions for NASA, defense, and commercial programs. Our work has played a critical role in thousands of projects, spanning from conceptual design studies to flight missions, including NASA's Artemis I Mission and the Roman Space Telescope. • Independent schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium
• Leading design reviews and presenting technical information to project stakeholders
• Driving internal process development and contributing to team best practices
• Making and documenting key design decisions with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited technical college or university in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in electronic product design
• Demonstrated experience with embedded system design, including:
  • Digital, Analog, and Mixed Signal Design
  • Board-level communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN)
  • Controlled impedance for high-speed channel design (Space Wire, 10
    
    GbE, Ser Des)
  • Linear and Switch Mode DC/DC Power Conversion
  • Documentation (Test Procedures & Reports, Interface Control Documents, ECOs)
• Experience with:
  • Design Analysis and Simulation (WCA/WCCA, Reliability, Radiation, Spice)
  • Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI)
  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
• Strong experience in prototype development, debug, and test in a lab environment
• Proven experience crafting and launching products in regulated environments

• Experience crafting motion control and electromechanical systems for space environments
• Experience with:
  • EEE-INST-002 and radiation-hardness/mitigation
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Altium Designer
  • Cable and Wire Harness Design
  • System and functional requirements generation
• Familiarity with:
  • DSP and Microcontroller firmware development
  • FPGA Design (Verilog and VHDL)
