THE WORK Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 2 Project Engineer with an active Secret clearance to support the software execution teams on the OPIR program in Longmont, CO. As a Project Engineer you will perform the following:
• Support Metric generation and Jira data organization/collection.
• Support the team leadership by handling, monitoring, and reporting internal/external processes.
• Tracking progress of major tasks/timelines
• Analysis of data/metrics. You are organized, flexible, have excellent interpersonal skills, take initiative, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, and enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment. This is an EMERGING PROFESSIONAL (level

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous project engineering experience.
• Ability to coordinate, integrate, and status a multitude of tasks amongst different stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel utilization for data analysis.
• An active Secret clearance is required for consideration Desired

Skills:

• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and utilization of tools such as Jira
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Experience presenting to senior leadership Security Clearance Statement:
