Our client, a leader in the electronics and engineering industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Technician 4 to join their team. As an Engineering Technician 4 , you will be an integral part of the Longmont-based Electronics Lab supporting innovative projects and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Longmont, CO
- Lead and manage daily operations within the electronics laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems and components.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document test procedures, results, and technical reports for project continuity and quality assurance.
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Proven experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, and laboratory management.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
