Regional Practice Leader – Consulting Engineering (Mountain West)

Ever wanted to build out and lead a consulting engineering practice with the backing of an established national platform?

An established and growing engineering consulting business unit, within a national ESCO, is seeking a Regional Practice Leader to expand its consulting engineering presence across the Mountain West.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior consulting engineer who enjoys business development as much as technical leadership. You'll build direct client relationships, win work, lead delivery, grow a team, and help shape the future of a regional practice.

The work spans MEP design, energy and plant master planning, capital planning, energy efficiency studies and audits, monitoring-based commissioning, and retro-commissioning.

This is a true seller-doer position, with approximately 25% of your time focused on business development and market growth, and the remainder spent leading projects, advising clients, and developing long-term relationships.

You'll be supported by an established engineering team while having the autonomy to influence strategy, hiring, client growth, and commercial performance.

I am looking to speak with PE-licensed engineers with 10+ years of consulting engineering experience and a demonstrated track record of winning and delivering work. Successful candidates will have an established network within Colorado and the Mountain West region.
