Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing services company, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer engineering documentation, preparing Bills of Material (BOMs), and supporting competitive bids for new business opportunities. This position blends technical execution with cross ‑ functional collaboration, ensuring manufacturing processes meet engineering and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, problem ‑ solving skills, and the ability to remain flexible in dynamic environments.

- College degree in engineering or equivalent training/experience
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing methods, procedures, and production line layouts
- Familiarity with ANSI and ISO standards, ITAR, and EAR guidelines
- Exposure to DFM, DFA, and DFSC principles
- Ability to interpret specifications, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Working knowledge of industry standards: IPC ‑ 610, ESD, ISO 9002, and other applicable ISO standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross ‑ functional teams
