Position Overview
As a Universal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Longmont, CO at the 17th & Main branch. Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manages customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborates with partners to grow share of wallet.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on financial options.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within limits, and participates in branch daily operations efficiently.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of customer needs and able to leverage information in creating customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Associate degree or equivalent, or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered. - Education – No formal degree required.
- Certifications – None required.
- Licensing – Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
