Flatirons Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive the growth our specialized banking division for law firms. This is a senior production role focused on developing new relationships, expanding existing relationships, and positioning Flatirons Bank / Justice Banking as a primary banking partner to leading firms.

We are looking for an experienced commercial producer who thrives in business development, consultative selling, and working with sophisticated clients. You can independently lead discovery conversations around operating deposits, IOLTA and attorney trust accounts, treasury management, cash-flow needs, commercial credit, and settlement activity. You are disciplined in managing a pipeline, comfortable traveling to build relationships, and energized by converting opportunities into durable, full-service banking relationships.
