Windsor Police Department is seeking to fill one Police Officer position through the Academy Officer or Lateral Officer recruitment process. The department offers a structured step-based compensation plan starting at $81,682 and progressing through six steps up to $106,249.
Requirements include current POST certification or enrollment in a POST academy with graduation by 12/27/26, Colorado driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid. Work schedule includes rotating shifts, with day/evening/weekend hours.
