Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Role This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
This is a full-time opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare team. We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded orthopedic clinician to serve the Longmont community. The team operates on high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions lasting 40 minutes to focus on the patient and outcomes. Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Preferred:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. - CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. Card must be valid through sixty days after hire.
- Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care to provide various imaging and radiologic procedures.
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth.
- Welcomes new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Assess and diagnose:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical conditions. - Develop and implement treatment plans:
Create individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. - Educate and instruct patients:
Provide thorough education to patients and their families to empower recovery and promote long-term well-being.
