Schedule:

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

Valid professional licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), 2 years of relevant work experience, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Point Click Care  electronic medical record system.
