Dignity Care is locally owned and has been offering Senior Home Care in the Boulder and Broomfield Counties since 1997. Dignity Care is transforming senior home care along the front range of Colorado by providing superior care to elders and their families. Currently looking to fill several ongoing shifts. Full-time or part‑time positions open. We work with your availability to put you in regular and recurring care shifts.

Wage: $25 for 1‑3 hour shifts. $20 starting hourly wage for shift longer than 3 hours. Employees are expected to pick up both shift lengths.

Dignity Care is seeking warm‑hearted people to provide care to clients throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Clients may need assistance with the following during a shift:

• Stand‑by assist to wheelchair or bed
• Hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• Companionship
• Medication reminders

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean background check (required)
• At least 18 years old (required)
• COVID‑19:
  Vaccinated or waiver; may affect shift availability.

Preferred: 1 year of experience in caregiving.

• Enjoys working in a one‑on‑one setting
• Is eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Has good oral and written English
• Has excellent phone and communication skills
• Has experience working in the home health industry
• Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
• People‑oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Adaptable/flexible – enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction
