Our Guest Services team is at the centre of the guest experience at Storm Mountain Lodge. This is a varied position that combines front desk responsibilities with serving in our lounge and restaurant and general support around the lodge.
Duties include:
- welcome and checking in guests
- assist with reservations and guest questions
- answer phones and emails
- process payments
- help guests with information about the lodge and surrounding area
Guest Services staff also help serve drinks and meals in our lounge and restaurant as needed.
Because we are a small, historic lodge, we work as a close‑knit team and everyone helps out where needed. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and comfortable working independently while providing warm, professional service.
Full‑time hours are available, with staff accommodation on site in Banff National Park.
