* Job Summary:
** Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, the Human Resources Generalist executes the daily transactions of the HR department. This includes a wide variety of HR related duties including hiring and interviewing staff, supporting administration of payroll and benefits, administering leave of absences, and supporting performance management, employee engagement, training, HR data, and development and enforcement of company policies and practices.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
** Prepare offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements. Ensure consistent onboarding experience across sites. Reinforce role expectations and early performance success. Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, onboarding, performance expectations, and workplace concerns. Support the HR Manager in execution of IDEX HR processes, including performance review cycles, My Voice engagement surveys and follow-up actions, OTC and required HR initiatives, and annual enrollment and benefits activities.
Support compliance-related documentation and reporting requirements.

* Education & Experience:
** Bachelors in Human Resources or Related Field, preferred or 4-6 years of HR experience in lieu of degree3+ years of experience in Human Resources role
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
Ability to move about the facility as needed to support employees and leaders Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds The role regularly operates in areas where production, equipment, and machinery are present
