Rossmönster in Colorado is seeking a hands-on HR & Office Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource, supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding. You’ll partner with our PEO and manage office administration.
Onsite Monday–Friday with occasional evenings for launches. The compensation range is $75,000–$85,000, plus generous PTO, health and dental benefits, and a culture of exploration and excellence.
