AboutThe Role
Swipejobs is looking for a motivated, energetic, and Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our growing team in Frederick, Colorado! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build relationships with employees and clients.
Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with strong customer service, leadership, administrative, sales, or people-facing experience who are eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry.
What You'll Do- Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support
- Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- No experience necessary!

- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, HR, sales, or workforce management is preferred, but not required
