Control Account Manager – Longmont, CO

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Control Account Manager. This role is located in Longmont, CO. No clearance is required to start but the candidate must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

• Perform Cost Account Management for assigned control accounts, including procurement, planning, implementation, ETC, EAC, VAR analysis, Earned Value Management, and subcontract coordination.
• Assist the program Control Account Manager (CAM) and help track and report program Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
• Support and understand program direction and strategic vision.
• Analyze data and metrics.
• Generate metrics and presentations.

Early‑Mid Career (Level 3) – 3+ years professional experience and a BS degree or higher.

• Previous and/or current experience as a CAM.
• Related experience with cost account management, project engineering/management, and program finance.
• Ability to coordinate, integrate, and status a multitude of tasks among different stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, emphasis on Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for projects or activities.
• Knowledge of planning processes, Earned Value implementation, ETC forecasting, baseline management, and IMS management.
• Earned Value Management (CAM) Certified.
• Experience briefing and interfacing with senior‑level management and customers.
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Active Secret or higher clearance.

Position requires the candidate to be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
