TPI Global (formerly Tech Providers, Inc.) is seeking a Technical Support 2 in Longmont, CO. This hands-on position requires providing technical support and troubleshooting for employees, both through tickets and in-person.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Windows troubleshooting and a customer-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include documenting issues, assisting the IT team, and engaging in knowledge-sharing sessions.
This is a 12-month onsite contract with a pay rate of $30-35/hr (W2, all inclusive).
