The Guest Care Coordinator, commonly referred to as a patient services coordinator in general healthcare/hospital settings, supports individuals who are actively receiving care at Rebis by coordinating their ongoing needs and resolving questions quickly and completely.

- Answer billing and insurance-related questions
- Help guests understand financial responsibilities
- Assist with collecting outstanding balances when appropriate
- Route prescription refill requests appropriately
- Coordinate communication regarding test results
- Manage provider messages and clinical requests
- Ensure clear communication between guests and care teams
- Assist with medical records requests
- Coordinate completion of clinical forms
- Ensure all guest interactions are documented accurately
- Respond to portal messages
- Manage queue messages directed to providers
- Assist guests with navigating digital tools and systems
