Jr Test Technician
Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in storage solutions and hardware development, is seeking a Jr Test Technician to join their team. As a Jr Test Technician, you will be part of the Hardware Support Department supporting SSD hardware bring-up, firmware validation readiness, and lab operations.
Location:
Longmont, Colorado
Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hr+
What's the Job?
- Support SSD hardware bring-up, firmware validation, and lab operations within the US FPT lab team
- Ensure test systems are properly configured, hardware is available and tracked, and issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain and organize lab infrastructure, including equipment handling, rack building, and system installation
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hardware validation programs and improve lab processes
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience with PC and server hardware assembly, setup, and bring-up
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and lab environments
- Familiarity with SSD technologies and storage systems (preferred but not required)
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Ability to perform repetitive hardware setup and validation tasks efficiently
